This my go-to moisturizer since I stated using it this winter. I have dermatitis so the winter is extremely rough on my skin. I would get these red dry patches on my face and this definitely helps. It is more like an ointment in texture, but it is not greasy or feel heavy on the face. I can almost immediately feel the calming effect it has on my dry patches when I put it on. It does reduce the redness and keeps the skin moisturize.
