Rate Date 2017-08-19 10:34:30 Recommend 1 Recommend Views 178 I was debating between the Shine Top Coat and the Quick Top Coat, but went with the Quick one instead because I like it when my nails dry quickly, since I know I will mess them up somehow. This surprisingly gives my nails a nice shine, so I don't even think I need the Shine Top Coat. As for the amount of time it takes to dry, I would say it does dry up pretty quickly; faster than my other normal top coats. I would recommend this since the price is good and it does what it's suppose to do!
