I was in between purchasing this cream or the Secret Key Brand version. I decided on this one since you do not have to wash it off and it is supposed to be more moisturizing than the Secret Key one. This product is definitely moisturizing. I think I will really enjoy this in the wintertime when my skin gets really dry. It gives a beautiful brightening effect, certainly a tone up. I did find that when I wore this under my foundation, the foundation broke down more quickly than usual, so perhaps this isn't good for those with oily skin. I really like the packaging on this one more than the clunky Tony Moly Panda cream. It is also more sanitary since it is in tube form. It gives a very similar effect to the Tony Moly cream but is more moist. If you have dry skin, this may be a good option for you. It is important to note that this does have a very strong floral (rose?) scent to it that I find doesn't fade. This does bother me somewhat, which is why I took off a star. Overall, a good quality product for the price, especially if you don't feel like rinsing and having a sticky residue behind (like Secret Key).
