It's one of my HG's and one of the first AB products I used on a regular basis. I also use it as a first essence in my AM and PM routines. Since using it, I've noticed that my pores have been smaller and my skin has been less oily. (I have combination skin (dry and acne-prone skin with an oily T-zone)). I applied this product in two different ways – as suggested using the facial cottons and by dispensing into my clean bare hands and patting it onto my face. The only difference I noticed was the product absorption time. With the bare hands method, it takes longer for the product to absorb into the skin. However, with the facial cotton method, I felt like I was wasting pricey essence by letting a cotton pad absorb the essence.

Note: IOPE strongly recommend in instruction using 3ml of essence for each application with a cotton pad to apply it to the skin for maximum absorption to the skin. And they claim when and  how to use the essence in daily and special care. I didn’t use 3ml as what was instructed because I think that it’s too much product to be used per usage.

The BIO essence calms irritated and inflamed skin, gives a hydrating healthy matt finish and makes my skin smoother, clearer and brighter.
