I have bought the lemon version of this gauze peeling pad before, and although they smell different and are different colours, I personally found no real difference in using the two. Supposedly, the lemon one is better for brightening and the green tea one is more soothing, but in all honesty the best thing that these pads are for are gentle physical exfoliation on a weekly basis, maybe less if you use acids, and the formulations felt too similar to differentiate. I wonder if the wine one is different. The way I use them is after washing my face with warm water to loosen dead skin cells or after a warm shower, I exfoliate for 10 seconds in each part of my face in circles, and leave the formula on for a couple minutes before washing off. I also saw no difference in using a whole pad and cutting in half, so I recommend cutting in half to double your value.
