Rate Date 2018-11-27 13:48:13 Recommend 1 Recommend Views 182 I do not see the difference or what they are going for, none the less, they give a sort of nice moisture to add onto the skin-I have been using it as a makeup based sort of thing. It provided a nice somewhat matte texture and easy for the makeup cream type to go on.
