I've been having issues with finding an eye cream lately that doesn't irritate my eyes or give me milia.  I've been using this one for almost a month, and no issues.  While I don't have pigmentation issues around the eyes (which is what this looks like it's supposed to target) so I can't speak for it's effectiveness there. I really like the packaging with the pump (no dirty fingers in jar or accidental spillage), though a full depression of the pump would give to much product so I have to be gentle.
