It looks like a pen and has a click button the dispense the product on the cushion side. Just one click is suitable amount for lips. I read somewhere it can also be used as blusher, but I didn't really tried it as a blusher yet. The formula is very pigmented, the color is beautiful and has great staying power. I love it!
