Personally, I don't have an oily face anymore but bought this product anyway because of good overall reviews. The scent is fresh, the texture is somewhat heavy and it gives my face some shine. It is sticky at first, but around 20-30 minutes (personal experiment), it sort of absorbs gradually. When I use it, I like to wait around 30-40 minutes because then I know my face is no longer sticky. It does give a fair amount of moisture. When using, there is no break out and I like any product that doesn't give me a break out so, thumbs up!
