[LONG POST]

I've been using this for about a week now and I'm a bit torn when it comes to this product. I wasn't expecting a miracle that this could replace eye brow tattooing for a sliver of the price, but struggling less in the morning would be nice. The colour itself works great with my black hair (I do enjoy having slightly lighter brows than my hair), but I can easily darken it by applying more product! Warning! The first night it smudged a bit onto my white pillow case, so since then I've wrapped it to protect it from future damage. Also, I give it ample time to absorb and dry after I've applied it. So far I find that it works best when it's applied twice a day, morning and night. That's 24h staining! But a week in, and I find that I'm still left with a relatively good stain after I've washed my face (I double cleanse with an oil cleanser as well)! Compared to it mostly washing off when I initially started. I have no complaints with the pen... Well yes the pen is thick and gives a low colour payoff but I don't entirely mind it! It's actually nice when it's applied for the day, but when it comes to applying at night, I'm definitely going back and forth trying to darken it up. The mascara on the other hand is great but it collects tons of product on the spoolie. So pro tip avoid feeling really sad at wrecking your brows, is to rub it onto a clean spoolie and voila! Control on the application and no clumpy mess! Also another thing to note is that I've completely stopped applying it before my facial products simply because ITS SUCH A HASSLE. I really hated attempting to apply serum/ampoule/creams and sleeping masks while my brows were drawn in, because sometimes it would smudge....and that made me extremely sad. Personally I feel like it doesn't interfere with its ability to stain either which is great! I'm a bit worried about how long the pen side will last though through my vigorous application method. I feel like my goal was reached by making my eyebrow application a bit easier in the mornings but the process itself feels quite lengthly...Overall its decent product to try and play around with but I'm not sure whether it's worth a second purchase.
