I love this Provitamin Liquid. This is such a great product to add to your skin routine. This is supposed to be a two way toner and essence. But the consistency is a little bit concentrated like an Ampoule than an essence, which I just used it as an ampoule. As far as whitening goes, I haven't seen any effect yet, maybe in the long term. However I hate that this bottle does not have a pump. It's really hard to just get the right amount out without overusing it. If you do, I would suggest to use the rest on your neck to prevent lines and wrinkle. But I do love the high quality glass bottle.
