First of all the smell is pleasant, and second (and most importantly) it actually removes all my makeup and i even use it for my eye makeup and it does not irritate my eye at all. Seems a more gentler cleanser and I am happy with it. My product is half way done and while I bought another oil cleanser, the only reason I did is to honestly compare since right now I am VERY satisfied with this one.
