I use this whenever my hair is really tangled. It helps detangled and it gets rid of my frizz and makes my hair kinda flat. My hair being flat can be good/bad becasue i guess it looks neat, but not as much volume. The smell is okay, I think some will not like it though because it smells like one of those all natural bug repellents, i'm not sure if people can smell it, but I only smell it when I first spray it on my hair. It doesn't leave my hair oily at all. Aiming can be hard, but I think that is my own problem because I sometimes spray my face or somewhere that is not my hair. XD.
