This essence has a lovely texture to it, and makes my skin feel very smooth! It says to apply it with a cotton pad but I prefer to use my hands as I think a cotton pad soaks up the product and wastes it. It absorbs into skin quickly. The packaging is a very nice frosted glass bottle and is a decent size so the product has good value. I have been using it for a little while and it hasn't broken me out, and I think it is beginning to help with fading acne scars as well as making my skin smooth.
