This product hydrates skin well, and works well in conjunction with moisturisers or cream. It definitely makes my skin look more plump and radiant. I have used it before and this will be my second bottle (although my first one from Jolse). It comes in a sturdy glass bottle with a dropper, and includes some plastic inside the bottle that scrapes the extra product from the sides of the dropper when you pull it out. I've included the Tonymoly Peach lip balm for size comparison in the photo.
