Well first of all, it says it's waterproof but I was able to wash it off with just cold tap water. It does not stay on so well, even with eye primer under. It is also not very black, not so pigmented I mean. The brush is easy to use, I guess it's pretty good. But sadly it smudges too easily... This is not something I will repurchase, but for some people this eyeliner might work better than for me! I rate this 3 stars because of the brush quality.
