So many beauty gurus praised this item, I had to get it. I must say it works just fine, however, it doesn´t remove all make-up. Besides, it hurts my eyes. So I use plain jojoba oil to remove eye make-up, which works like a wonder. On the pictures you can see details - there are lipstick, liquid eyeliner and mascara. Second, it´s the first step of cleansing (applying cleanser on dry skin), as you can see, it doesn´t do anything to the eyeliner. Third is after adding water and then washing up. The traces of make-up are still there.
