This is hands down absolutely the BEST eyeliner I have EVER bought. I am so happy I got this even though is is a bit expensive. I have bought many eyeliners before and none of them come even close to this one. It is super long lasting and the colour is very strong. After you apply it it takes a bit longer to dry than other eyeliners but when it dries it stays on and it's very hard to remove. The only way this eyeliner could be better for me is if they also had a matte finish, which is what i prefer but this shiny finish also looks very good on me. This is the PERFECT eyeliner.
