Rate Date 2015-11-02 14:58:27 Recommend 94 Recommend Views 1380 this toner dried my face out so much that my face started to flake at the first week. After that, it was not that drying anymore, but my face still looked so dried that I need to buy a moisturizer immediately after that. It definitely reduces the oil on my face, but I think that it does not worth the dryness. Because it the toner dries my face, there are actually even more blackheads on the two sides of my cheeks now.
