This toner is pretty thick and it's also scented as well. I usually tend to stay away from scented toner just because toners are like an extra cleaning of the face to balance out your ph skin prior to your actual skincare products. The brand said it's made from rosa centifolia flower water and jasmine extract, however all I can smell was it very citrusy. However it does hold true to providing moisture as it doesn't dry my skin at all plus it's 300 ml of product.
