The packaging is so luxe and pretty though it's hard plastic rather than glass (but it is more durable this way) and the box is just beautiful if bulky. Unpacking it, I open to find a honey-yellow jar that's pretty big and heavy. A plastic spatula, clear and colorless, is included (but I just use my fingers). The next thing I notice is the gorgeous smell, it's exactly like honey in a natural, sophisticated, classy way that's not fake or like flavor, it's like I'm opening a jar of real honey! Texture wise it is similar to lanolin or aqaphor in thickness, or like balm, but when it goes on it spreads easily and surprisingly doesn't leave behind a sticky film.
