Rate Date 2015-12-17 12:39:04 Recommend 89 Recommend Views 1034 A very gel-like moisturizer (as described by the product title) that lightly hydrates with no irritation. The packaging is beautiful with the "ice water" theme and I enjoyed the scent. Not heavy at all so you'd probably need something more for the winter.
