Rate Date 2019-04-23 03:21:39 Recommend 2 Recommend Views 262 I got #19 which is described as a cacao brown color though in real life it's a little bit darker. As an eyeliner works OK but it's not as creamy as I would like it to be. However it's waterproof and 90% smudgeproof. As an eyeshadow it's hard -almost impossible- to blend, even if I try to right after putting it on. It dries way too fast. I won't give it 5 stars because, unlike the past version, this one doesn't come with a sharpener.
