These patches are a crowd favorite for a reason. The way I personally use them and the way the work best for me is to put them at night, after the double cleans. I put my products after and it doesn't destroy the stickiness of the patch. Then, I try to keep it on for at least 12 hours, because I've noticed the best effects for my skin when I leave it on longer. The gunk is really sucked out by the time I remove it and the pimple is nothing but color that quickly heals due to the gentle extraction.
