Though the powder comes off as pink on the puff it translates as a glowy translucent powder on skin which is quite good. I have noticed that this keep the sebum under control to some extend but makes the skin look glowy at the same time. I usually tend to skip powders in winter's as they accentuate dry spots and look very flakey on top of foundation in cold weather but this just busts all those winter makeup myths
