I've wanted this essence for soooo long, but it is always sold out! Now that I've tried it, I can tell why. I have dry, sensitive, and acne-prone skin and my skin LOVES this. I put on one layer day and night and it has brightened my skin and helped fade some acne scars sooo much! When it was colder, I put on two layers day and night and that helped moisturize my face well, but it was far too exfoliating, so I'm back to one layer twice a day. The glycolic acid in this essence really helps with skin cell turnover and contributes to the brightening of my skin. However, I think the rapid skin cell turnover has contributed to more blackheads on my nose, so if you're prone to blackheads, you should consider that. That isn't a huge issue for me because I just dab some Cosrx BHA toner on the areas where I am getting more blackheads and that works fine for me. I love this product! It's moisturizing, doesn't break me out, there is a large amount compared to other essences, brightens my skin, and helps fade my acne scars. There is little to no scent. If you are on the fence about this, I would say get it and give it a try! I have really really sensitive skin and this hasn't caused any problems for me.
