I've been using this cream for about 1 month and I can see a difference from when I began, it's noticeable for me, but it's not a big change, what I found useful or good about this is that you get used to put moisturizer/cream on your elbows and that's good because that prevents get more darker (well I read that dehydration was some of the causes of dark elbows/knees).
