So soft I love it, I used it only for cc/bb cream blending and I got to say it does a good job, and plus it's so cute :) It's not harsh it's really soft makes the blending really easy i don't have any negative thoughts to point at this puff I used it every time i want to use the bb cream instead of the a cushion foundation and it's perfect for me, it works wonderfully :) I love it and i'm think about get another one just in case :P
